Now I thought it was just a bug that I had to restart the app or my phone, so I closed the app and restarted my phone. I tried downloading the movie again, when it came up with the same message I just deleted the app and reinstalled it then I went to download it again. It came up with the same message and now all the movies that I had previously downloaded are now coming up with the same message since I deleted them upon deleting the app. At this point I have no idea what else to do so any help would be grateful.
I have an iPhone 6S Plus with the latest updates. I should also mention this is a Japanese iPhone as I currently live in Japan but I do not believe that would have anything to do with my problem.
